Apply for Certification

To apply for certification:

• Please download
  1. Certification Application Form
  2. Client Session Log
  3. Consultation Log
• Complete the forms, and submit soft copies with supporting documents to registrar@emdr.sg
• Please pay Certification Application Fee (Non-refundable) of SGD 50.

You will be notified of the outcome of your application in about 2 months.
If application is successful, you will receive a certificate from the association stating you are a Certified EMDR Practitioner with EMDR Singapore for a period of 3 years.
